Hay

Western Alfalfa

Alfalfa is a popular source of forage for horses. It is known for its high digestibility and palatability. We source hay regularly from Idaho, New Mexico and Arizona.

Timothy Alfalfa

This is one of the most commonly found mixes of horse hay. It is planted as a mixture of Timothy and Alfalfa. Generally speaking, the Timothy is dominant to the Alfalfa in most fields. It is sourced from Ohio and Michigan.

Orchard Alfalfa

Orchard grass along with Alfalfa has become popular because of its high palatability levels. It is characterized by its lush irregular flower-head and flat stems. It is commonly found in the Ohio valley as well as the Rocky Mountain States.

Western Timothy

Timothy grass is an abundant perennial grass that has leaves and densely packed flower-heads. High quality Timothy is an excellent source of fiber for horses. The best Timothy is generally found in the cooler climates of the U.S. and Western Canada.
